castle: Inv. #2991: This Limoges porcelain plate is marked B and H in red and Limoges France in green. The scalloped gold border surrounds beige, light blue, and tan to dark brown tones depicting a scene of a castle in the distance and morning glories in the fore-front. Measuring 12” diameter, it’s $389.97.
daisyplate: Inv. #2634: This Limoges charger is marked TV France in red and TV France Depost in green. The center of the plate is pure white as only Limoges can be circled by daisies, then a green border, then gold edging. It measures 13 ½” diameter and is $399.97.
dogplate: Inv. #3333: A beautiful plate that’s also unusual. It has a green to beige background and shows a retriever dog in front of red/orange roses. The edge is scalloped and trimmed in gold. It’s marked with a Crown and LRL Limoge and artist-signed “Nancy.” 9 3/8” diameter. $199.97.
duckplate: Inv. #151: This Limoges plate shows a Mallard duck in flight. It is signed “Joel,” indicating it was studio-painted. It is 8 ½” diameter. $69.97.
fish: Inv. #357: This hand-painted Limoges plate depicts a fish. Artist painted and signed Rory. Marked Limoges / Old Abby / Hand Painted / [Hallmark]/ Limoges, France. 10” dia. $99.97.
flyingduck: Inv. #176: This scalloped-edge plate shows a duck and flowers and is signed Lois. It is marked L B D. 9 ½” dia. $86.97.
fruitplate: Inv. #827: This 10 ¼” plate is beautifully painted with fruit. Signed Sena, it’s marked Limoges Coronet France. $179.97.
grapeplate: Inv. #3331: This plate has a yellow, green and maroon background with green and purple grapes. It’s marked Limoges Coronet France. It’s artist-signed Rancor. 6 ¼” diameter. $49.97.
greentrivet: Inv. #3327: This porcelain trivet is unmarked. It has a light green border with pink and yellow roses on a yellow-green center. 6 ¾” diameter. $49.97.
mallard: Inv. #174: This Limoges plate shows a Mallard in flight. It is marked Limoges [Crown] Coronet, France. Signed “Max.” It measures 10” diameter. $169.97.
mduck: Inv. #3332: This Limoge plate shows a mallard duck and is Artist-signed J. Mongars. The background is in brown tones and it has a gold trim. There is a hair-line crack in the edge. It’s marked Limoges IRI. 9 ¼” diameter. $99.97.
mgloryplate: Inv. #3329: This scallop-edged plate has gold trim. The background is light cream to rust and shows morning glories in the forefront. It’s artist signed Bay and is marked Bavaria and has a maple leaf. It’s 8 ½” diameter. $39.97.
orchidpit: Inv. #504: This most unusual pitcher with lid has lavender and mauve carnations on white with gold trim. It has a trademark and is Made in Austria. It is 8 ½” tall and has a 3” opening. $179.97.
peachcrack: Inv. #1121: This porcelain cracker jar has a definite Japanese influence apparent in its style. It is round with ribs and is peach, yellow and blue on peach and white. It’s marked Floral design #8 and is 7” tall to the finial. $159.97.
peachrose: Inv. #3330: This plate is beige to cream background and has pink roses and a gold rim. Marked MZ Austria. 9 3/8” diameter. $39.97
rosetrivet: Inv. #3328: This porcelain trivet has gold trim on the rim around a raised rim. The background is cream to gold and it has yellow and pink roses. It’s marked Made in France by GDA. 6 5/8” diameter. $69.97.
rsferner: Inv. #2946: It’s very unusual to find a ferner with the insert intact, but here it is! It has an old bar mark—R S Prussia—in the mold. It has four handles. It’s white with blue and gold trim on the top. It has a pink rose on both sides and on the ends. It measures 5 ½” long and 3 5/8” wide and is 2 ½” tall. $229.97.
sevrescouple: Inv. #2953: The Sevres portrait plate depicts a man and woman. The woman is dressed in a long, full, white dress with blue vertical stripes at the top. The man, shown playing a flute, is dressed in stockings and lavender pants and top. The border of the plate is a ribbon of gold with pink and yellow flowers. Doves and pink flowers provide the final touch. The plate has a blue mark 1846 and Crown Chateau des Tullerlis, Sevres 46 France. It’s 9 ½” in diameter. $497.97.
sevresdutch: Inv. #2952: This Sevres portrait plate was painted in 1846. It has a blue mark as well as Crown Chaleau de St Cloud (S46 Green mark). The portrait is of the Dutchess of Boirgogne. The plate is 8 ¼” in diameter. $469.97.
violetbowl: Inv. #1481: This beautifully shaped Haviland compote is light green on the inside. The bulging sides are beautifully painted with purple violets on pure white. It measures 9” diameter. $269.97.
yellownippon: Inv. #1646: This hand-painted Nippon Vase is marked. It has thistle flowers in pink on gold, green leaves, and a yellow background. The top has blue. There is a ruffled opening with 2 handles. A large 17” circumference and 11” tall. $797.97.
